Frequently Asked Questions
Will you perform outdoors?
Yes, we love performing outside! All we ask is that we are provided full-shade and protection from the elements. For the safety of our instruments, we must have temperatures above 55 degrees and no precipitation.
How will you dress?
We will perform in concert black unless you contact us ahead of time about an alternative attire.
How do we secure our date?
Once we have confirmed our availability, we will send you a contract and ask that you sign and return it promptly. Additionally, we ask for a small non-refundable deposit to secure the date.
What equipment do you require?
Two armless chairs, and proper protection from the elements if performing outdoors.
Can we request a song not listed in your repertoire?
Yes, if the sheet music is readily available we will accept up to two requests per service at no additional cost. For requests beyond that, we charge $25 per song. If we are unable to find the sheet music, we can discuss an appropriate rate for us to arrange the piece of music ourselves.
How do we select music for our wedding ceremony?
We have provided our musical repertoire so you can browse our list and make your own selections. We suggest one piece for the wedding party, one piece for the main processional, and one piece for the recessional. If you need help, we can suggest popular choices. Additionally, we will provide up to 30 minutes of prelude music while your guests are arriving. If you have other needs, such as music for seating or prayer, let us know.
Are you LGBTQ friendly?
Oh my gosh yes! We recognize that discrimination is prevalent throughout the wedding industry, and we are dedicated to creating a safe space for those seeking our services. We welcome couples of all genders, gender expressions, and sexual orientations.

Can you attend the wedding rehearsal?
Yes, if you'd like us to, but it is not necessary! If we are available for rehearsal, we will ask for an additional fee for our time and energy.
Do we need to meet in person?
Not necessarily. But, if you'd like, we offer a free 20 minute wedding consultation via Zoom. We can discuss details, choose music, and go over the contract.
Can you perform with other guest musicians?
We are open to discussing this possibility, but find that it usually works best to perform as a duo.
How far are you able to travel?
We are able to travel anywhere within a 1.5 hour radius of Asheville, North Carolina.
A travel fee is charged for any locations beyond a 25-mile radius of Asheville, NC.
